Conference and Seminar Facilities

The NoWFOOD Centre has one Conference Room and one Seminar Room (Information Exchange).

The rooms have self-controlled air conditioning systems and offers good lighting throughout.

The rooms are also WiFi enabled.

 

 

Conference Room

The conference room is a spacious room with seating for 120 people.

Seating can be arranged in different styles such as theatre, classroom, herringbone, U-shape, horseshoe or banquet for group work.

Features of the room include –

  • Electronic drop down projection screen
  • Hi resolution projector
  • Presenter lectern with state of the art AV facilities
  • Presentation mode lighting
  • Presenter microphone
  • Flip charts

The room can be cleared of seating and lectern and used as a blank space for exhibitions and other uses.

Seminar Room (Information Exchange)

The Information Exchange room can seat 16 people round tables or 35 in theatre style without tables.

The room contains modular tables that can be configured to Horseshoe, Hollow-square, Boardroom or Cabaret.

Catering and Refreshments

Our catering options are below. All food is freshly prepared, from scratch, on the day, using seasonal and local ingredients.

Our catering orders require a minimum order of 6 people. There are no minimum orders on beverages.

We can also quote for large scale catering for events such as conferences or product launches.
