NoWFOOD has a state of the art microbiology laboratory that can work with you to test the shelf life of your product. The microbiology lab can also undertake fluorescent microscopy in its self contained darkroom.

Food rheology texture, structure and sensory analysis
With our state of the art equipment including a rheometer, textural analyser, viscometer we can analyse the rheologocial characteristics such as viscosity, elasticity and firmness of your product, to name but a few.
